Final Sale Items: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare and makeup products that have been unsealed, opened, and/or used.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions: Please contact us at cosmetic@torontodermatologycentre.com before returning any items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us within 48 hours of use. We may offer an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction is confirmed. A doctor’s note and/or photos may be required to process the request.
